System Analyst

1. The System Analyst is, subject to the control of the Chairman, in charge of the overall functionalities of Computer Center of Comilla Board which is responsible for overall process of result processing, registration processing and administration.
2. The System Analyst exercises and performs the following powers and duties-
i) He plans how to develop and modify the existing computer system and related manpower as per the function requirement, work load and technology change to facilitate the given tasks.
ii) He analyses the optimum uses of equipments and management.
iii) He designs how to develop the system considering feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
iv) He implements the proposed system selecting appropriate hardware and software. The software may be required to purchase or develop internally or externally.
v) He is responsible for maintenance and supervision of smooth functioning of the overall system.
vi) He is responsible for office administration and both technical and general staff management of the Computer Center .
